Oh Mama Jones.  Oh how we love thee.  Especially when you cut the hell up and it's all caught on video.  Rapper Jim Jones' mama, Nancy Jones, who has quickly become the TRUE star of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop," was caught on video popping off on a gas station attendant.  And she also said she was ready to smack the sh*t out of cast member Olivia.  Uh oh!

Chris Bosh SUES Baby Mama Allison Mathis For Appearing On "Basketball Wives"

Back in February, Miami Heat star Chris Bosh got wind of the rumor that his ex and baby mama, Allison Mathis, was being tapped for Season 3 of "Basketball Wives" and he was extra pissy.  And his nightmare just came true.  The show premieres , and Chris' lawyers have already unleashed lawsuits against Allison.

The third season of Basketball Wives" kicks off May 30th.  And Chris is already making legal moves to make sure his baby mama Allison doesn't get any airtime.  He says she's using their son and his name to "enrich" herself.  So he just filed papers to stop the foolery.

The Associated Press reports:

Miami Heat star Chris Bosh is suing the mother of his child for appearing on a reality TV show called "Basketball Wives," which he said intrudes on his private life. Bosh claimed in a lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles federal court that Allison Mathis and Shed Media are trying to unjustly enrich themselves by using Bosh's name and intruding into his private affairs.

He acknowledges he and Mathis have a child together. The suit said Mathis was hired to appear in the third season of the VH1 reality show and wants to use it to become a TV star.

He seeks damages and an injunction to block her and the media company from trademark infringement by using his name and disclosing private facts about his life.

O lawd!  She better take some notes from her fellow cast member Royce Reed.  Because this is exactly how Dwight Howard started off with her.  And now look, she's getting sued for money she wouldn't even make in a lifetime.  One day they'll learn....

On a sidenote, a little birdie told us that even though Chris and his "fiancee'" Adrienne Williams are technically already married on paper, their wedding actually isn't until this summer.

Yesterday, Christian Combs celebrated his 13th birthday at the Rolling Stone Restaurant And Lounge in Los Angeles, CA .

Like father, like son - Seems like Christian has his dad's swagger.

His grandmother Janice Combs was there.

 

Singer Jacob Lattimore showed up to support.

And The Rejectz showed up as well.

Christian hit the carpet and posed with a few of his guests.

And Diddy was a proud papa all night.

Beyonce is taking over the mag covers in preparation of her upcoming album 4.  She shot triple covers for W magazine's June 2011 issue.  And a sneak peek has hit the net.

W magazine is Beyonce's follow up to covering the new issue of Billboard magazine, which honors her receiving the Billboard Millenium Award of 2011.

Her girl Kelly Rowland offered up congrats recently as well.  She told media this week:

"I'm so excited for my sister. Nobody deserves it more than she does. Ever since we were kids, we've worked hard, and she's carried that into her solo career."

And speaking of Kelly....

 

She's set to release her new album, Here I Am, this fall.  She's set to release the exact date soon.  And she also dished on what inspired the title of this LP:

"I was talking to my product manager," recalls Rowland, who's currently working in Los Angeles. "I said I wanted people to know that this is the record, the sound I¹ve been working toward... that here I am. And she said, that's the title. It just connected with my heart and the music as well. It stands for everything I've gone through and thought about for this record as a woman. It's very strong."

Miami Heat Girlfriends Gabby, Adrienne, & Savannah Do Haiti Charity Shoot+Dwyane Wade Gets Custody Of Sons

The girlfriends of the Miami Heat's star trio have gotten glammed up for a charity photoshoot for Haiti.  Pics of Dwyane Wade's girlfriend Gabby Union, Chris Bosh's fiance' Adrienne Williams, and Lebron James' girlfriend Savannah Brinson, getting pretty in Miami this morning, when you read on...

 

Seems as though the ladies have put on their charity hats to get glam for a cause.  Gabby, Adrienne, and Savannah, rocked their Heat for Haiti tanks for a brand new photoshoot.  And all three of the ladies tweeted this morning about it:

Gabby tweeted, "Getting ma hair did at our project medishare 4 haiti photoshoot."  Lookin' cute.

Speaking of Gabrielle, her boyfriend Dwyane Wade was just awarded sole and full custody of his 2 young son, after a long and brutal custody battle with ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade. 

"My life changed in a huge way," Wade told the AP. "Mentally, I've been preparing for it for over a year now. To me, it's bigger than that. For me, it shows a lot of people that you need to fight to be in your kids' lives sometimes. You fight until you can't fight any more. That's all I was trying to be, a father in his kids' lives."

Wow.  That's big.  The court also had some words for D-Wade's ex-wife, as this was reportedly the longest custody battle in Cook County history since 2003:

"This court finds that [Siohvaughn Wade] has embarked on an unstoppable and relentless pattern of conduct for over two years to alienate the children from their father, and lacks either the ability or the willingness to facilitate, let alone encourage, a close and continuing relationship between them," read a portion of the ruling entered by Judge Renee G. Goldfarb.

Good to know that at least the kids can carry on with their lives without the courtroom drama around them.

1.  Evelyn Lozada is demanding $20K an episode in order to return to "Basketball Wives."  Right now, the cast is making $7500 an episode.  Until she has a ring on her finger from Chad--who is facing an NFL lockout next year--chick better get ready to hit her mark on set.  WOMP.  Story

Foxy Brown Kicked Off The Tom Joyner Cruise For Bad Behavior + Is She Really Dating Shyne!?

Troubled rapper Foxy Brown is at it again.  This time she P.O.'ed the older folks over in Tom Joyner's camp.  First the rapper and radio host had a tense phone interview, then things got even worse when they met face to face on the cruise ship.  Let's just say....Foxy was removed from the ship and escorted to a plane.  Deets inside....

 

You have to really show your behind to upset "the old school" as our veteran entertainers and professionals tend to have more patience than youngsters who like to pop of at the mouth.  But apparently....Foxy Brown has just what it takes to push a brother over the edge.

Tom Joyner went on record Friday morning saying that Foxy Brown was removed from his "Fantastic Voyage" cruise ship and escorted to a plane.

Now.....because Tom is old school and very professional, he didn't offer up any of the behind the scenes dirt only saying, 

“We put Foxy off the cruise. Let’s just say she got put off.  You had to really act a fool to get put off."

So we don't know what happened from Tom's side....but we got an earful from Foxy on Twitter. Foxy said she felt a little insulted by some of the questions and comments that came from the crew during the interview.  She added that anything "Grandpa" said on the radio was a lie because she got much love while on the cruise ship.  She claims they are starting drama and talking -ish behind her back. 

She ended by saying the best way to handle this situation was to go to Belize on vacation with her "pumpkin"....Shyne.  SIDEBAR:  Is Foxy Brown dating Shyne?
